Shipping Policy

Currently, Pikspeak ships only within the contiguous United States. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time.

Warranty

Refunds or Return
If you order on Pikspeak Store:
Qualifying items reported during the warranty period will be replaced or completely refunded within 30 days of delivery, please contact Pikspeak fast and friendly customer service team firstly.

Returning a Defective Item
If your product is found to be defective (excluding damage caused by accidents or misuse), we will include a replacement in your subsequent order. Please provide photographic or video evidence of the defect to facilitate the replacement process.
Packaging Your Return
Please use the original packaging or a box with similar dimensions for your return. For assembled products, disassemble them before returning. Avoid using oversized boxes.
